There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "I had an ok experience which immaure was just a blip innthe system , but the room i intially booked was not the one i was given , i gotnplaced in an accessible room for the disabled which i did not need and didnt have some of the extras i had booked for , a simple converstaion got me moved however as i was almost straight out to the event i was attending it wasnt until late that evening i realised that the toilet was blocked in the new room I'd been placed in rendering it unsuitable for use...
