"Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again."

"The lobby smelled musty, as if there was a flood. Our room was clean and nice but the bed, once again, was awful. This was our second visit this spring but will probably not return because of the beds. The front desk staff was spectacular. She’s a keeper!"

"The room was clean but had a weird smell! Like dog possibly. I know pets are allowed to stay there which is very nice to have but they should definitely have different rooms for people that don’t have pets. That’s the last thing you want to smell. Room otherwise was clean. They could definitely have better comforters for the bed. Very thin. You could tell that the pool had a ton of chlorine in it. Probably too much. Extremely strong. Breakfast was ok. Staff was nice."

"Great hotel, new renovation in progress, so we were warned of construction noise, but our rooms were clean and modern and the TV displayed our names!! Staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was good."

"This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on...

"I made my reservation in advance, know I would be passing through on my way home. When we arrived at the property the parking was decently lit and clean. The staff that greeted me was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. She even gave me a treat for my dog. We rode the elevator to the 3rd floor and found our room decently clean.
