"This property cancelled my room and didn’t even try to contact me. Yes they refunded my money and offered to put me in another hotel BUT… that was located too far away and was much lesser quality.
This location is the go-to spot for all our visiting workers and clients. Turns out this has happened quite a few times recently.
The hotel looks great but book with caution!"

"The hotel was extremely clean but the room itself reminded me of a nice condo, not a luxury hotel. Our room looked right into an apartment building with no view of the water. The restaurants, which were excellent, were highly overpriced, more so than at other nice restaurants in the city. We could not use their car service as the driver left before 8pm.
