"We had a room that had flying crawling insects on the walls in the kitchen. Even though they changed our room when we complained it didn’t seem they cared. Making it very inconvenient for changing rooms."

"When we stepped in the room, we were pleased to see a neat room just like the pictures I saw online. The AC worked very well. Our room is just across the street from Highway I-5. At first we worried it would be noisy. I am pleased it had no issues at all! The staff were all friendly and helpful. We didn't get chance to use pool, gym or laundry in 3 days. Overall it is a cozy place to stay. I would love to come back again when I must visit Irvine next time."

"We really enjoyed the top floor, nice and quiet, clean. We love the breakfast at this hotel, and the room has a small fridge, microwave, and sink. They also have coffee in the room, parking is easy and close by, which is great. You can walk to the Honda Center (short walk) and Angel Stadium, which is a longer walk but clean/safe."

"We checked in the evening on Tuesday and the woman who helped us was very nice. I would say the pictures of the rooms were a little deceiving because they made the rooms look very modern and in a way they were, but the laminate flooring in our room was cracked and the bathroom had mildew stains. Beds were okay but the small pillows weren't very comfortable. We actually got a room that had 3 beds, 1 of the beds being in a separate room which was nice but that room also didn't have air...

"Parking was a bit clunky, not a lot of clear signage. Stumbled in the parking structure. Underground spaces are small, recommend finding outside or second level."

"Staff was rude! Found an employee coming out of our room with us knowing when we already had all of our stuff in the room, just because a previous guest thought they forgot something! "

"The hotel is very clean. The staffs were nice, although the front desk was in a hurry to serve the people who were behind me, I don’t know why. In previous comments, someone mentioned that the breakfast was the best in the town. That was misleading! I don’t know where it came from. In general, the breakfast was good but for sure not the best."
