"Not so sure if the breakfast."

"There was a very small stove. No dishes, no pots, no pans, no dish soap, no sponge. The counters were dirty. So were the knobs on the stove. There were no sponges no dish soap. We had 2sets of towles in the room for a shower. Mind u we stayed 3 nights. Every day we had to get clean towels. Worst part is they checked us in. And we were in the wrong hotel. We had zero service or contact with staff until almost 2 days after check in. "

"The staff was amazing! The lady at the front desk, Kadisha (sp) was the best and so helpful. At breakfast, we so enjoyed talking to the young man who made our omelettes. He was delightful and the omelettes were delicious. Will definitely stay there any time I’m in Columbia."

"There were bugs in the bathroom, curtains would not close, door to room was a mess and not even clean shut. Bed comfortable. Heater very noisy. "

"When we first got there we overhead other guest talking about how their room had blood all over, when we got ro our room we thought it was clean until we went to bed then we found note saying that the beds where not charged. We when to the front deskto tell them where they got super defensive and told my husband that he should call the cops. All we wanted was new sheets. After making our beds the smoke detector started to go off, we went back down to the front desk and all they did was give us a battery. They are very unprofessional."

"No breakfast included. Shower was not clean (hair on walls). Could not use fridge in room as it would not open in the cabinet. "

"I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any. On Sunday night I reported this to desk. On Monday morning at checkout I reported how unsatisfied I was told so sorry. On Sunday I couldn’t get the shower to work. Will not go back there. No one listens, no one cares, and no one tried to correct anything. I have stayed th we e many times as its a straight drive to my son’s house and a right turn y ty I get on interstate. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭"
