"We arrived late on Friday evening after traveling for several hours. Learned elevator was out upon arrival, assumed it was something they were working on until
another guest helped us to our room on the 3rd floor, and said the elevator had been out all week. The next morning on our way down the steps we noticed the 3rd floor landing and steps had about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch height gap that could easily present a safety fall risk. My mother has had 2 knee replacements and I have bad knees myself. We never imagined that we would have to climb 3 flights of steps during the duration of our stay. On Saturday morning my son begged to get in the pool and it was very murky like they had made no effort to clean it. On Saturday evening the pool was closed because it was so gross. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
