"Great place and location"

"Nice clean hotel. The pool area is small but functional. The king size bed was good/great, but the room only had a small chair for seating where a recliner would have been nice as there is plenty of room. Staff i dealt with was friendly and helpful."

"When checking in, requested ground floor room, as I cannot climb stairs. Found that AC did not work properly. Staff member quickly replaced unit while we were out for dinner. Beds are comfy. Morning breakfast did not have decaf coffee."

"Very nice and clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was more than plentiful. There were plenty of options for lunch and dinner near the hotel. It was also located near where we had planned on visiting our family while in Forney. We really enjoyed the whole experience."

"Had difficulty Checking in with front desk staff, very rude and unprofessional, Elevator needs cleaning, Rooms had funky smells and desperately need renovation, especially the kitchen appliances, make sure you bring your own kitchen utensils and supplies, towels are limited use, you are required to switch them out, and you only get about 2 towels, Walls are stained in the room, if you have 2 travelers, get the double bed room, Otherwise you will be sleeping in one small twin bed, The sofa was...
