Our stay was somewhat satisfactory. We were unhappy with the size of the TV in the room, a large cockroach in the bathroom on our last day, while checking in, we were told there was an ice machine on the fourth floor however, there was not . And the person checking us in was not very friendly or understandable. The other two ladies at the front desk were fine.

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel itself was a bit dated and the rooms can be a bit loud. Breakfast was nice and they kept the property clean. It was convenient for my needs.

A very nice hotel.....

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was very well kept and the bed was extremely comfortable. The young lady that checked me in was very sweet and took excellent care of everything.

This needs to be fixed.

The elevator was slow very sketchy. Beds were hard. Breakfast ends at 10 on Saturday so they stop make food at 9 even though their hotel was sold out. So not everyone was able to eat.. lots of unhappy parents.
