"Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. This is a good choice if you plan to work in the area for 3 plus days. Not a vacation spot."

"Not value for money. The service was dismal. We had to wait around 15 mins to check in. The room didn’t feel clean as expected; it had a weird smell. Overall, it feels short of the cleanliness and services expected from a three starred hotel."

"Rooms seem newly renovated. Very clean and spacious, TV offers Netflix and such. Only downside is you only get 2 pillows which are so thin."

"We enjoyed a week long stay here. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The continental breakfast was great. I just wish that some days they would make the eggs a different way and not just scrambled. Another thing that I would recommend is free parking to guests! This a dog friendly hotel, which was important for us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The outside is dilapidated and filthy. I am a single female, and the room was for myself for 2 nights. I went inside to check in. There was no AC at all in the lobby. The carpets smelled of mold and mildew and were coming off the floor. The man at the front desk was very rude to the older couple checking in. When it was my turn, he was bothered by my check-in. I got my room key. We went to the room. As we walked through the hallways, the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke was overwhelming....

"Overall it was an ok place to stay. Property itself a bit run down but room was ok for a few nights of sleep."

"Clean room. Good location to highways. Good breakfast selections. The only thing that would have made it better were bed selections other than double."

"Place is a dump but clean. I paid a lot of money because everything else was booked. It is the kind of place you meet a lady of the night. Guys were dinking beer outside at 1AM There was a cop sitting in the parking lot at 7am. To get key had to go into a plexiglass room that says “ only one person allowed at at time for “privacy “” BUT the room was clean, looked clean and smelled clean. Literally every other hotel on Long Island was booked Don’t stay here unless you have to"

"The rooms are clean, the staff has excellent customer service skills. Only the elevators are slow. All over it is a great place to stay if you travel to New York and have business to take care in Queens or Long Island."

"I had a lovely stay as always. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the staff is pleasant. My only complaint is that at breakfast I saw someone touch several bagels with her bare hands then put them back 😭"

"The room was great. Staff is hit or miss - at check in, the front desk agent barely greeted/said two words to us. The public attendant working gave us a nice welcome though! Breakfast was okay - the scrambled eggs were horrible, but I guess you can’t really complain when it’s complimentary. Nice place for a quick 1-night stay."
