"Crumbs were on top of one of the beds when we arrived and crumbs under the sink. Refrigerator & microwave both showed signs of rust. On the plus side, stay was very quiet"

"The room was not clean at all. They hadn’t dusted the furniture on the top & to make it worse inside the drawers haven’t been cleaned out. And the floors were disgusting and sticky & hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. they never have clean towels available, and they never take out your trash& if you lift up your trash sack in your trashcan, it should be lined with another trashcan liner. Instead, the bottom of the trashcan is horrifying and disgusting. That will make it’ll make your skin crawl....

"The best thing about this property was the office manager, I believe he said his name was Mike. He tried to help me when the room I had booked became unavailable. The exterior photos of the property are very misleading. This is not a property to travel to with children. There was a room with a smashed window and you could clearly see several rooms were being used as storage. We never made it into a room so I cannot say how clean the interior of the rooms were."

"The property was extremely dirty, damaged doors curtains, falling off the windows TV unplugged no cable until I went and plugged it in myself dust an inch deep. It was so bad we went and bought our own sheets and bedding come back and strip the room of all that’s belongings where the bedding is concerned and laid out our own new clean stuff. "Staff was very friendly. The room was fine but the bed did not fit two people and having to pay for an extra towel or reuse one over multiple days was not ideal."

The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was nearly falling out. The bed was nice. The room was a place to sleep which is what we needed, but much more attention is needed regarding cleaning and basic maintenance."

"Will say it had only minimum to rate a 1. Ceiling over bed and shower peeling. Breakfast a joke. A few pieces of bed and jelly, and cereal in dispensing containers that were probably old. TV had to be reset by non English speaking staff that only had one remote to do so. Room key had to be rest nearly every day."
