"Booked a king bed and was given two queen beds. Pictures online of rooms do not match actual rooms. Very out dated and old."

"Front desk person said my room number out loud isn't that happy with that when I did ask if they had any room besides smoking they said no All of the rooms are labeled non-smoking on the door placards. The windows have to be pushed very hard to open up. I only got a smoking room because it was what was available at time of booking. There is a soft spot in the bathroom near the toilet were it will need to be fixed with someone will be stepping through the floor. The catch plate on the door is...

"My dad, sister, and I stayed one night at the Courtyard and we had a great time! I had called prior to our visit to ask if they did anything for birthdays and upon arrival, they gave my sister a bag of goodies along with a hand-written card! She was so surprised and flattered (especially since she happened to like the treats they chose). The staff was very friendly also! I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel. (Great prices, too)!"

"Breakfast was missing fruit and yogurt, coffee machine not fresh brewed. Bathtub had no stopper so no bath. Sink had no stopper just missing. Entire building smells like an ashtray. Rooms clean. Nice furniture. Dogs are ok there. Quiet sleep. Isolated area kind of sketchy. People in street clothes in the pool. "

"Room was clean but they don’t empty trash or make bed or leave clean towels. They don’t take dirty towels…. So we just went to front desk to get clean towels. They’re very nice and the place is clean but would be nice if they’d at least empty the trash and take the towels on the floor."

"We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer...

"Breakfast options were plenty, we always arrived toward the end of the breakfast time and we had still had all the food available to us. Staff was friendly, maybe didn’t understand what I said when I asked for the main women’s bathroom near the pool to be cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights. It was dirty as if someone had cut their hair (long hair all over floor, counter, and some in garbage can) from the time we arrived until we left. "Did not use the pool."

"This place was disgusting, the rooms were dirty-beddings and towels included. The pool was not open. I checked in and left finding somewhere else to stay at my own expense in less than half hour later, this was after requesting a cleaner room (both were dirty). Don’t stay here, it smells like an Ash tray and they might have bugs (bug shedding on bed) , also seemed shady things were going on in the parking lot. Expedia had to contact them and they did not agree to refund me so I had to abide by...

"The facility and staff try but the reality isn't a wonderful experience. It needs an overhaul. The rooms are alright. We had a lot of dust, it was aged, standard shower mildew and lukewarm water every single time (the last finally got me because it was every time for every single person). They do put in the effort with the breakfast and evening reception. We would not stay here again especially for the price. "
