"The common area and room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and linens were great. I especially liked how quiet it was late at night and early morning. Towels could be softer but were acceptable. My grievance is with the breakfast. I felt sorry for the breakfast staff as they were frustrated with the tools they were given but tried very hard to help several customers. One of the two toasters was broken. The other was a two-slice toaster which was not meant to be used as often as is...

"Check-in was great when we got to the room the room smelled like molded carpet. There was bottle caps on the floor behind the chair. There were something on the floor that my dog picked up at eight. There was cobwebs on the light and on the wall we went to walk the dog there was no courtesy dog bags luckily we had our own and you had to watch your walk because without having bags people were just letting their dog go anywhere they want"

The kids enjoyed themselves at the indoor pool,while I enjoyed a quick workout in the gym next to the pool.My only gripe is that,the sink by the bathroom had a slow drain.I loved the location of the property also,near the Mall and restaurants.I will definitely recommend this hotel."

"The building feels quite outdated-the carpets appear to be from the 1980s and haven't been replaced since. That said, the staff is extremely friendly and truly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of a major renovation. The hallways have a noticeable moldy smell, which was the most concerning and unpleasant part of my stay."
