Read reviews & I was 50/50 bur decided, why not. Location was great however as soon as we pulled in, it smelled like marijuana. Even walking into the hotel to check in. The worker wasnt as friendl & a guest before us had ro come down 3 times because the card would not open their room. Happened to us too but after the 6th try...it opened! Room, at 1st sight, was good. Balcony was a bonus but it was deteriorating, plastic chairs outside were worn & damaged. Chair inside had a hole (possible cigaretfe burn) on cushion. Curtains were dirty/stained. Blanket had a hole (possible cigarette burn) in it. Our room faced Lucky Strike...bad idea! We drove 6hrs & wanted a good nights sleep but the noise level from their parking lot kept us up until closing. The ironing board was filthy! My son tore a hole in his sock from gettinf caught on a nail that was sticking out. The linoleum floor was sticky & the room had a bad stench. Whats that phrase "you get what you pay for"? If that was the case, I shouldve paid at least $45 less. The only positive thing for me, was the beach is across the street
