The walls and doorways could use a wipe down to get rid of the smears and scuffs. The bathroom is the poorest design and layout I've ever seen. "The room was excellent and clean, with a comfy bed. Friendly staff. Great location with tram stop just a few steps away. Generally quiet despite being located on a main road. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not working, and construction noise a couple of doors away meant no Saturday or Sunday sleep in past 745am.
