"We had a great stay! The room was bright and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Every staff member we met was cheerful and helpful. Location is great for visiting the Saturday market or catching a comedy show at Olsen Run."

"We loved the layout of the one bedroom unit. Having a separate bedroom and living room was very nice. The bedroom is big with a large closet and the king bed was extremely comfortable. One note is that there is not much lighting in the bedroom unless the window shades are open. It was very convenient having the breakfast included. Another plus was having four EV charging stations available."

"Great location and I appreciated being given a ground floor room on the end near the dog lawn as I had my small dog with me. Little shop for supplies was helpful, breakfast was ok but they need to get plug-in hot water heaters as the water was always lukewarm for tea. Staff were helpful and cheerful. "All of the staff and attendants at the hotel made the stay an A++. Of course the building entry and rooms were efficiently decorated, fun and comfortable/nice. We would expect that from Hilton. "Home2Suites by Hilton in downtown Eugene, Oregon is a high-priced, worn-down, dingy, bedbug-infested flophouse in need of major renovations. The linens are dingy and the housekeeping staff is derelict in its cleaning duties. The breakfast is tasteless and the meats are undercooked. I give it a 2-star rating because of the nice fitness center and free laundry."
