"This is not a lodging for people who can’t do steps. Jackson Room requires a 20 step outdoor staircase to reach the room or leave the room. No other options. Second floor rooms in the main house also require climbing. No elevator. Luggage is a problem. Help needed. Jacuzzi bathtub nice but to use the shower combo one must step over its high sides. "March 22-24, 2026 - we arrived at what we *thought* was this Even hotel, we have stayed in many times, and found it was being converted over to a Marriott Courtyard. Floors 2 and 4 were out of commission and only the 3rd floor was available. No excerise equipment in rooms, as expected in Even hotel room AND no weight room available because that was on the 2nd floor. The staff was very helpful, from housekeeping to front desk. But buyer beware, construction will continue for several months and...
