"Good breakfast and room was clean"

"The first room had sheets that appeared dirty, so I asked to be moved. The move was made, but staff did not seem concerned and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Staff mocked me when I asked if the 2nd room was in the building "facing the road." Later I asked for a hair dryer and was told to go to the "white door" to get it. When i went to the white door, I was told to go to another, further area of the motel to get the hair dryer. I simply asked staff to get the hair dryer and told them I'd come back to retrieve it. Again, staff was not very gracious in helping me. They did bring the dryer to the room later."

"Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain."

"Room was clean and freshly painted, I assume the tub/shower was going to get a liner, it needs one. I am fairly certain I requested downstairs while booking through Expedia, but they said no at check-in. Breakfast wasn't visually appealing (eggs and sausage) but tasted good. Coffee was good."

"I room floors were greasy like someone cleaned them with DW40 so they were slippery with shoes on. Breakfast for restaurant infront of prop was good but, place is very tiny and you can’t take food to go back to room. If you like people standing over you while you eating and they are waiting then enjoy."
