"Little hidden gem! Absolutely stunning property. As soon as you walk through the door it’s like stepping back in time. Stunning decor with lots of character and interesting items to look at around the property. Host was warm and welcoming when I arrived. "We didn't have breakfast there. Bar offered a good choice of drinks. The extractor fan didn't work in the on suite but it was kept very clean. The stairs to the room were quite steep and the doors were very close together making it a little difficult to manoeuvre. The toilet was quite tall so shorter people may find their feet wouldn't touch the floor. The bed was very comfortable."

"Thankfully we only stayed for one night. The room (number 4) itself was a good size and being on the ground floor, was perfect for getting overnight bags and the dog in. The hot water tap was in need of repair, sometimes water came out of the tap other times it was a trickle. The basin was missing a plug for the basin. I did raise both issues with reception staff. I wasn't expecting maintenance staff to come running on a Saturday afternoon, needless to say the tap wasn't fixed when we arrived...
