Small basic and clean hotel.Comfortable bed and good shower. Good restaurant just upstairs. Easy to walk to the mercados and lots of good bakeries, resatuarants and coffee shops. Breakfast is very plain but there is a coffee pot in the room and a coffee shop just next door. Go to the mercado for amazing breakfasts.

Check in was fantastic! And for the price we paid the stay was fabulous. The room had what was needed- but no chair to sit in. Did have coffee maker. Continental breakfast was satisfying but not plentiful options. Again- for the price the stay was4 star. Roof restaurant/ bar was really nice with great service by everyone! Would definitely recommend and use again- location 10-15 minutes from Zócalo

Lo bueno: Personal super amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y muy serviciales. Las habitaciones aunque no muy grandes siempre limpias. Todos los días 2 Botellas se agua en nuestra habitación. Desayuno continental con fruta muy fresca todos los días Lo malo: la terraza arriba, son super ruidosos, se ponen a limpiar y arrastrar cosas a las 11 y media de la noche o las 6 am. Sin tapones de oídos imposible dormir tan fácil o largo. El hotel muy ruidoso, todo se escucha en todos lados, las voces hacen mucho eco. El agua caliente tarda muchísimo en salir, mínimo 5 minutos de agua desperdiciada. En la habitación Pablo falta una mesita de noche para una persona. Siempre tuve quedejar mis cosas en el suelo. Si son 2 personas, por qué solo una bata se baño, no entiendo.

La atención de la chica que atendió el turno vespertino fue estupenda. De hecho, es lo único rescatable del hotel. La habitación es demasiado pequeña, para darnos más almohadas nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar un costo extra (primera vez en mi vida que me dicen eso en un hotel), aunque, finalmente, nos las dieron sin cargos extras. El desayuno fue terrible: no calcularon lo suficiente para los huéspedes y ya solo alcanzamos un poco de café quemado. El hotel es ruidoso. En fin, una decepción.

My stay was just OK as when I checked in they trIED to do a bait and switch and gives me a horrible tiny little dark room. I explained to him in my best Spanish and showed him on Hotels.com what room was attached to the amount I paid. It was clearly a different room. I insisted I want to the one I paid for and he said that was more money. I insisted that I was not going to pay. This went on for 10 minutes and he finally gave me the nicer room. As I took a walk around, I found two hairs on the comforter and a dirty coffee cup inside the coffee cabinet. Also the room had no window or balcony as shown in the photos. The marketing on Hotels.com from the hotel is very miss leading to the customer. Beware of booking here. Ubicacion Inmejorable

El hotel esta chico y bonito, parece remodelado recientemente. Su ubicacion es inmejorable, caminas a cualquier parte de la ciudad y llegas en pocos minutos a el centro. No tuvimos problema de ruido para nada, parecia que estabamos solos en el hotel. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero suficiente si solo vas a dormir. Elegimos habitacion de cama queen y estaba muy comoda, el baño moderno, espacioso y limpio. La regadera sin problema de agua, caliente siempre. El unico inconveniente que tuvimos es que el aire acondicionado esta justo arriba de la cama y derrepente goteaba, caia directo en nuestra cara. Lo reportamos pero al final no lo arreglaron. De ahi en fuera todo lo demas excelente.
