"I don’t often write reviews but this place was actually amazing. It looks unassuming on the outside - this is not a reflection of the inside!! Lovely helpful reception staff, brilliant quiet bedroom, comfy beds and fancy bathroom with lots of cool shampoos etc. free water, drinks and snacks and a brilliant breakfast included. Kids had a single bed each which was really important. 10/10. Didn’t use the spa areas so can’t comment on that. Definitely raising the standard of hotels!"

"I dont believe the air is turned on until May in Italy atleast thats what we were told in Balogna. It was mid April faily warm day and room didn't seem to be too warm. The room was very clean and staff was helpful. Pretty decent breakfast. We ran out of toilet paper and the cleaning people must not have noticed when cleaning our room. I asked at front desk and they brought two rolls to our room very quickly. The noise from the rooms above us could be quite noisey because tike instead of carpet. Pretty good location. Overall I would rate it a 4."

"Clean, renovated Quadruple room. There is noise at night from all the guest throughout the building, mostly students. Staff was very helpful, no fridge or microwave in the room."

"Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I couldn’t fault there helpful attention to every request. Explained the local bus services well, provided a map and arranged for a taxi to the train station at 5 am. It’s not in the city centre but close enough for a short bus ride.( just tap & go/ don’t tap off) The room was ideal, not the perfect outlook but you’re not here to sit in your room. The bathroom was clean but a little tired. The electrics were a little challenging but got there in the end. Air conditioning was temperamental. Even when it was off (on the thermostat) it was providing heat ??? Also be mindful there are steep stairs to reception which maybe an issue for some. As a base for a few nights ( if you don’t mind the stairs to reception) this was an ideal place to stay . "
