"I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"

"It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done.
Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave.
Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance. "

"The property is good overall and Julia at the reception is exceptional. She was very helpful to get us checked in with our toddler daughter traveling with us.
This location is good as well to walk around to the Plaza close by and worked out for our needs. "
