"This hotel was clean and modern and the staff was very quick to respond to inquiries. It was close to downtown so it was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. Would recommend and stay here again."

"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

"close to Sofia bus and train station, lots of buses, trams to go to everywhere in the city. for those fit for walk like me, it is walking distance to all the major attractions."
