"The people were friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was quite extensive and nicely prepared and we enjoyed having a small kitchenette as part of our spacious room. We felt the $50 pet fee for our small hypoallergenic pup to be excessive, especially since they did not cater to dogs to justify the charge. There were no accessories provided (bowls, bed, treats) and the bag dispensers for dog waste on the property were all empty. This “pet” peeve aside, our stay was quite enjoyable."

"We stayed for one overnight and everything was fine.. I felt it was very expensive though as were all the hotels/motels in Thunder Bay right now. Breakfast was good lots of choices. Staff really nice and friendly. Will stay again if the price comes down."
