"Very handy to stay, the tram nearby and busstop outside the door. Secure parking. Room with balcony to sit out over the main road, but in the centre of Nice it was great watching trains, trams. Breakfast great in the big airy light conservatory."

"We had a sea view room with terrace which provided gorgeous views of the sea and cap Ferrat. Old villefranche and the promenade were a short walk from the hotel. There are two bus stops within a 5 min walk. The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. We checked in very early. We were given bus line information and bus cards already filled to start us that morning. We returned the bus cards with fares as we were so grateful."

"Good location within walking distance of Port Lympia and Old Town, with trams every few minutes to train station etc. Room was basic but clean and functional and was well equipped for self catering. Great price for decent accommodation in Nice."

"good points are that it is located close to a tram station, and the staff is efficient and welcoming. On the other hand - (twin) beds very narrow, rooms on street side are noisy (windows far from soundproof), general aspect is "cheap". I called the day before to make sure they would have a car park - at check in they told me the car park was full... not confident to park in the street in those suburbs surroundings..."

"Great boutique hotel in central Nice. The room was superb and I enjoyed my private solo experience in the spa room and the convenience of the hotel cafe and many others with a short distance. The beach was about a 15 minute walk to get to and everything else much closer. I’ll definitely stay here again. "
