"Good place for the money if traveling with pets. Room was clean, only wished there was a balcony. Id stay there again and probably will."

"We checked in and went to the pool. Two hours later the guy at the front desk went into our room and looked through our things. He even called people on my husband’s phone! Then locked us out of the room and disabled our keys. It was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Just terrible!"

"Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Locations entrance includes a set of stairs and there is no information provided that an alternative entry point is available. Individuals requiring assistance are not aware of an alternative entrance find themselves carrying their luggage upstairs unnecessarily. It needs to include better communication about injury in the building with luggage are those with special needs."

"I was surprised when we were given our room that is was not in the main hotel but in another building the Best Western had acquired 3 buildings down from the hotel. It was advertised as Ocean Front Room, but none in that other building we were put in had ocean front. We had to push our luggage in the cart on the side of the road and watch out for traffic on the way. Also walk back and forth daily for breakfast and for the pool access, it was definitely second rate and not like staying at a nice...

"Well, the room was nice, great view…however, hot water was hard to come by…shower was cool/luke warm for 2 days…no answer from the office, the phone rings, then tells you there’s no one answering. I had to go to the office and tell them about the situation (and my tv remote had dead batteries). About 2 hours later, a custodian arrived with my batteries…no mention of lack of hot water on his sheet. Other than that, which was remedied on day 3 of 5, the room had all the amenities of a kitchen,...
