"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The rooms and common areas were spotless, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. One of the best features of this hotel is its central location, making it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"I didn’t really like the moving between apartments while on vacation. Management was very helpful and responded quickly. However, it was an inconvenience while on vacation and the money you spent to be impeded on while being on vacation. Otherwise, the second property was nice, but the shade chain was broken. I would recommend this property and location to others."

"The room was very clean, breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean overall. A/C works great! TV lots of channels bug, and very clear. We did not like the water pressure in the shower and water was not hot. Parking was good. Our overall stay was great! Would stay again....."

"Beautiful hotel. Great pool area. Our room was clean and spacious. The only negative thing we encountered was that there isn’t a sign for check in and it wasn’t obvious to me where check in was as there were desks in a little alcove and not a counter. But I was standing right in front of the desks, holding a bunch of bags with my 4 kids and they didn’t say anything. They weren’t helping a customer. They were just talking to each other. "Pros: Room was very nice. Completely unexpected. Every member of the staff was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We really had a great time. Food was better than expected. Cons: Pool area was not as nice as hoped for. Aged and cheap chairs. But the beach was amazing. Parking is horrible as stated in other reviews. But its truly the only bad thing about the property. Overall very good experience. Would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...

"10 out of 10 stay! Every employee was absolutely incredible. They made you feel valued, cared for, and took the time to speak to you. The room, lobby, breakfast area, and the hallways were clean and smelled amazing. It is in a great location with a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The entire weekend we felt appreciated, safe, and full of joy. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to visit again!"

"The oceanfront was the best part of our stay the staff has a dismissive attitude when your talking to them or asking a question. the air conditioning sucks do to needing maintenance and the cracks in the door the sink has hot water but the tub you have to take a cold shower cause the water is not hot or warm there is no breakfast served at all. the bed is NOT comfortable and it squeaks badly every time you move it squeaks the cleaning of the room needs to be more attentive but the hotel it...
