"First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. "The hotel itself was beautiful.
The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago.
You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service.
There was also no streaming for Netflix."

"We loved our stay at the Harborview Inn. We were there for Mother’s Day weekend. The staff was great, having breakfast included was a big plus, and the room was large, clean and had amazing water views. It was close to everything.
