"Unfortunately, I forgot my purse at the facility and had to pay the shipping for it to be shipped to me via FedEx $50 and it was supposed to be a 2 day turn around. We’re going on two weeks. I have not been shipped my package my property it still sitting at the counter, apparently the manager is the only one to make this happen even though I paid the fee for it to be shipped back to me. I keep getting the runaround when I’m trying to get a hold of James the manager I have not gotten any return...
"Ac didn’t work in our room , I called 3 times , went to the front office and was told someone was going to fix it ultimately ended up getting a fan which is better then nothing but for the price sweating in our sleep was a trip ruiner"
