"Wonderful location for a large family gathering. The rental was in great shape and we loved having the 2 units and large lofts for our family Christmas. The beach view from the balcony is slightly obstructed by the not so beautiful toy rentals right in front of the house. It really didn’t bother us and it was worth it to be right in front of the beach and drive in access. Staff responded promptly with any concerns and check in/out was a breeze. Would rent again. "The lady manager was very helpful to us. We had guests above us that let their kids jump and run around in their room late into the night 11pm and early morning 4am. On our 3rd night I called the manager at 11 pm and she called the room above us asking them to be quiet. Eventually they got quiet. I didn’t expect this, but she comped some things for us. They take serious the sleep their guests receive😊 We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so."

"Overall, the hotel was great. Comfortable bed and bedroom, tasty hotel breakfast. The 4th floor outdoor pool and hot tub area had ample seating room, and a gas fireplace and couches to gather round. There were small issues that we did not bring up to management: 1 - the door strip around the shower was broken in two places, which led to a ton of water on the floor when you showered, 2 - the room that we were in, faced the street and hotel entrance and it was much noisier than we expected. We heard delivery and sanitation trucks come in to the entrance in the early morning hours which was a sleep disrupter."

"The views from our King suite were breathtaking and there were several amenities that were enjoyable such as the pool, multiple spas, and fire pits. For the price, I wouldn't consider these luxurious rooms at all but they were clean and our bed was comfy. Again, at luxury pricing, the continental breakfast was subpar. The place is also kid and pet friendly which is great if you have children or animals. Since we did not, it was a little bothersome to have kids kicking soccer balls against the walls of our hotel building and honestly dogs going to the bathroom on the grass right outside our balcony was pretty gross. I get it- it's Pismo Beach in the summer so it's going to be pricey but I guess I just expected a bit more for my money."

"I love the ocean view from our room. The beach is not crowded although is kind a long walk from the property but its worth it. We weren’t able to check out the pool and the hot tub. The property is kinda crowded a little because of the construction. But it wasnt to bad. We got the new renovated room but the outlet on the other bed is not working. The breakfast was good. The view is amazing its very relaxing and quite. I would love to stay there again."

"No need for the AC as the weather was overcast, cloudy and cool. Best feature is the location: right on the beach, by the pier, walking distance to all the shops and eateries. Hotel provides beach towels and little kids stuffs. Room was ok, hair on the sink counter and bathroom's wall. can't beat the location though. Would stay again"
