"Simple room. The rooms were very clean, with wood laminate flooring. For an older motel, it was maintained well and looks like the rooms were recently remodeled. We were only three blocks from the beach! I would definitely stay there again."

"You can't be taller than 5'6 to be under the shower. Walls are paper thin and can hear all conversations in the next room. Defiantly bring your own pillow. The Wi-Fi is terrible and you can't watch TV or sign into Netflix it continues to refresh and you have to go out and back in continually."

"The room during our stay during the July 4th weekend (which had inflated prices) had several issues - Fridge didn’t work well, causing our stored food to spoil. AC rattled during the night. The bathroom door also had an issue opening properly. We only stayed one night or we would have asked to switch rooms. Still waiting for word from the manager about reimbursement for our inconvenience."

"What a special property! Loved our suite with giant jacuzzi tub and spacious living/bedroom area. Happy hour was nice with a great selection wines and beers. Very clean and staff was friendly."

"The bed was too hard, the pillows too flat, toilet too low, and the room did not have enough trash cans. The free breakfast was very good and having hot beverages in the lobby 24/7 was very nice."

"Booked two rooms here while driving south and am so lucky they were available. This hotel doesn't have alot of amenities - no hotel restaurant, no hotel lobby, etc, but the customer service, the rooms and the location are hard to beat. Book here if you want a room to enjoy Pismo Beach area at a great value. I would stay here over and over as the staff were amongst the kindest I've encountered.- kinda like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast, but one block from the beach. Highly recommend...

"Had a wonderful stay this past weekend! Enjoyed the beach front location, use of beach chairs and towels, and the private Hot tub on our balcony! The staff were so friendly and the ocean view, 3rd floor, restaurant was delicious (although pricey). Shops and other food joints were within walking distance. We will definitely be back again!"

"The property is very nice but unfortunately we had only 1 towel in the room for two people and the water took over 15 minutes to get hot. Not the experience we expected but we made it work."
