"You can't be taller than 5'6 to be under the shower. Walls are paper thin and can hear all conversations in the next room. Defiantly bring your own pillow. The Wi-Fi is terrible and you can't watch TV or sign into Netflix it continues to refresh and you have to go out and back in continually."

"Hotel is older. But has nice basic breakfast. Hot tub was nice. Room had a couple of dead spiders in the bathroom. But at least they were dead. Loved that in had a small fridge and microwave."

"What a special property! Loved our suite with giant jacuzzi tub and spacious living/bedroom area. Happy hour was nice with a great selection wines and beers. Very clean and staff was friendly."

"Booked two rooms here while driving south and am so lucky they were available. This hotel doesn't have alot of amenities - no hotel restaurant, no hotel lobby, etc, but the customer service, the rooms and the location are hard to beat. Book here if you want a room to enjoy Pismo Beach area at a great value. I would stay here over and over as the staff were amongst the kindest I've encountered.- kinda like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast, but one block from the beach. Highly recommend...

"Nice place to stay when everybody else is busy around you"

"Had a wonderful stay this past weekend! Enjoyed the beach front location, use of beach chairs and towels, and the private Hot tub on our balcony! The staff were so friendly and the ocean view, 3rd floor, restaurant was delicious (although pricey). Shops and other food joints were within walking distance. We will definitely be back again!"
