I was very disappointed with my experience at the hotel. Just because I made my reservation through Expedia, the hotel staff seemed unwilling or unable to help me with my situation.
I explained everything to the staff on my first night, before making the payment, and I was told that Expedia could assist me even if I paid for all the days I was planning to stay. However, I kept getting the runaround. The hotel told me I needed to contact Expedia, while Expedia told me that the issue needed to be handled by the hotel.
Unfortunately, I had to check out early and leave the hotel because there was no running water. I was extremely disappointed because I have never experienced something like this before. What made the situation even more frustrating was feeling like nobody wanted to help me or take responsibility for resolving the issue.
El hotel,muy bonito, nuevo.
Las camas excelentes para descansar y las almohadas puff!
Nunca había descansado tanto en un hotel.
Realmente descanse! Volvería sin dudarlo,
