Sowohl die Rezeptionistin als auch die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück wirkten leider desinteressiert und ungeeignet für die Gastronomie und einen Job im Hotel."

"The room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. There were no amenities in the room except beds, bedding and towels. The wifi didn't reach that end of the building."

"The location was not good - quite a walk from the old town area. And in a bit of a sketchy area. The a/c kept turning off and had to be turned on again repeatedly (which is a pain when you’re trying to sleep). Our room was not awesome - some mould in the shower, the tub didn’t drain properly, and the fake wood paneling lighting above the bed was duct-taped together in a couple of spots. The only saving grace for this hotel is that all of the staff that we encountered were very helpful and kind."

"Jorge was so welcoming. He was always available to offer a suggestion or direction The facility was VERY nicely appointed from the towels and sheets to the tissues. Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. "

"Absolutely beautiful place! Quiet , with outstanding view over Salzburg Amazing breakfast , amazing restaurant The Glass house ! You can use elevator down to the city which is in 5 min walk or walk along well maintained and lightened paths to all touristic attractions Everything about this place is great !! "We stayed in the loft for three days in July 2026 and our stay was excellent. The loft is gorgeous and was a nice surprise. When I booked the hotel, the loft wasn't available, but then we were upgraded to it. Everything was fully functional, extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also great for traveling with children as there are two additional small bedrooms with a small single and a desk. The whole thing is around 600sq ft, which is very large for European...
