"Super clean Lovely green spaces and gardens"

"Only one staff member bothered to look up from their phone to speak to us and that was the person that checked us in. The on site restaurant was shut down for 2 days. The room did not have its own coffee maker so you had to go to lobby for coffee and they were out of coffee by 8:30. They fail to mention in the property description that you have to pay to park ($18.50 daily) in an unsecured parking area. The a/c is controlled by the hotel but they do provide you with a box fan which was okay but...

"The room was pretty small and we struggled with where to put our stuff. Also, a peeve of mine is too many pillows and the only place to put the extras always ends up being the floor!"

"We stayed here for two nights at the start of our trip and it was an excellent choice. We loved the location - walkable to so many things! The hotel was quant & gorgeous. We love staying at great boutique hotels and this was it! The roof top bar was excellent but so was the lobby hotel bar. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only thing to know before you book is the rooms are very small. Think NYC small. Not much room for luggage or anything really but the bed and two nightstands....

"Given a room with very stained carpet. Numerous large stains and small spots. Called the front desk and they had me moved to another room within less than 10 minutes. Staff helped me move my belongings. Therapy pool area was quite enjoyable."

"The property was beautiful, the accommodations were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had an amazing breakfast outside at picnic table with friends. Kim at the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly!"

"It was a great location and the remodel is nice. Cafe very pleasant with a good menu. We did have some issues with slow wi-fi with the TV but otherwise everything was great."
