"We checked in and checked out on the same day in a matter of hours. We ended up at Kempinski Hotel which was better than this place. This is a motel 6 at best. We booked the superior room but the room we were given had stains and was dirty. I called the front desk and showed them the pictures of the room we had booked. "I liked the room set up. I didn't like the fact that there was no robe in the closet. I also found a tiny cockroach in the the bathroom. Hopefully it's just a one off incident. Otherwise infestation must be checked for. Thanks"

"Everything was okay when i finally checked in except the awful smell in the elevator and the reception area. I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the agent to check me in even though i called hours and minutes prior to my arrival. No restroom in the lobby while you wait. Wifi was a unstable; I wouldn't rely on it if for any important."
