"Un super endroit. Jay et Jessie sont très accueillants et à l'écoute des besoins de leurs clients. Ils nous mettent à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Tout au long de notre séjour, ils nous font des recommandations sur les attraits touristiques du coin. Ils répondent gentiment à nos questions et nos demandes. L'endroit est très bien situé et permet de faire le tour de la vallée d'Okanagan, important d'avoir une voiture. Jessie est une cuisinière hors pair et nous a concocté d'immenses petits...

"This property was beyond expectations, immaculate, ultra clean, fresh, comfortable & friendly hosts. The view was beautiful. Breakfast pastries, jam, toast, eggs, bacon, coffee, all delish & filling. Would definitely book again if & when in the area."

"The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel looks new but the bed sheet looks outdated. The duvet insert is greyish colour (feels dirty) which makes me uncomfortable. They offer two bottles of water for the first day. If you want more water on the second it’s for extra charge. I got a kettle but it looks dirty inside."

This is fine in a wilderness retreat where the objective is to get away from it all, but in a suburban setting? What moral message is the owner trying to convey? Lack of this basic amenity spoiled what was otherwise a great experience."

"The hotel was fine considering the age, however the smell of the room was very musty and walls were super thin. The breakfast room was good and the lady working in there on August 2nd was fantastic, she went out of her way to make special waffles for my children."

"This was my first stay at Comfort Suites at Kelowna. Was impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was also sufficient for most people's need as observed and staff constantly clearing garbage. Rooms were execellent and clean. Due to the hot weather ice was at a premium with lobby machine broken and third floor machine also not working the first day. Eventually we managed to get ice . Overall a very pleasant stay and to be recommended"
