"The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was decent. The staff was as nice and helpful as they could be. However, the room door had dead batteries, and we could not get in after two remakes of keys. The additional $45-$55 parking fee was a very unpleasant surprise. This should have been warned about very clearly on the website where I booked the room. I feel like I was tricked, and because of this, I will not stay at this place again."

"🌟BITTU IS THE STAR HERE!! Any issues I have she always worked them out. She's very pleasant she gives GReat customer service. Without her I don't think the place will be what it is. When I was here I stayed in room 117 which I just left. In the first time I stayed at room 106 or 107. She was always being helpful"

"The water didn't get hot in the shower.i ended up washing off in the kitchenette sink because that's where the water got hot.horrible.my first stay I was put in a room where you could look through the front door and see the outside 😮 😮 😞 just horrible"
