"The first thing I noticed was they are under construction. The incidental fee is $150 which is extremely high. Also they do not accept cash nor split tender. The 1 wlevator needs to be inspected because it was nerve wrecking to ride it and it had not been inspected since 2022 or 2023. The hallway had mosquitoes and was poorly lit. "They were very friendly very nice the hotel is clean it’s self … I didn’t like when asked house keeping for towels she told me I had to go to the front desk . I had been there for a week me and my daughter … we here comfortable other than that "

"There was a little confusion at the beginning of the stay for two rooms —one room was ready and another one wasn’t at check-in. We decided to head to dinner and returned where the issue was fixed.
Other than that, everyone was super responsive and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping kept us stocked for our entire stay. Hotel is convenient to shopping and the Marta. Will definitely stay again."
"This is the definition of a convenient hotel. It is clean, staff is kind, attentive, has a bar, has plenty of shopping and food around. VERY SAFE! I haven't gone on a late night walk out of town in YEARS! Will absolutley be back. I apologize for not remembering staff names, but from front desk to.housekeeping, to the bar i didnt encounter a single negative experience. Kind people, clean place, 10/10!!!"
"We checked in very late, early morning on the 28th due to a flight delay on the 27th. Despite the time, the lady at the front desk Ms Betty , was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth check-in and a great experience. Her warmth and helpfulness stood out, especially after a long travel day. We really appreciated her kindness and exceptional service.
