"New hotel, so it's very clean. Free breakfast and wifi. Probably the nicest place to stay near Eaton without going closer to Dayton."

"Not up to this group's usual standard. An old and loud AC unit was the most negative part of the stay. Staff were not rude but certainly not welcoming. We had to ask about breakfast times and other amenities - the answers were perfunctory. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Breakfast service was spotty - I ordered a breakfast burrito and received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. As the only customer at the time, this was not someone else's order. None of these things by themselves...

"At check in after prepaying via Expedia for my stay they charge a $50.00 fee at the hotel. The room was clean but smelled musty. The bed and sheets was amazing. The location was good too. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was way too hot. Breakfast was fair. Biscuits and gravy was good. Eggs weren't so good. Waffles were ok. Plenty of coffee. Needed a bigger variety of Danish and cinnamon rolls the muffins were stale so was the bread. Juice was good. Not a lot of parking. Over all it...

"Pleasantly surprised by this property. They usually look run down from the highway but it was so lively and so nice inside. Room was exceptionally clean. Although it is pet friendly, I did not smell any pets in the room. Drink tickets are bonus as well as the free breakfast and dinner. Food wasn’t that great, but it was a meal and it helps."

I guess I was on vacation as I didn't make the bed the entire week. They stated about going GREEN but there was no where to hang wet towels.
