"They are doing major repairs remodeling, and there’s a bunch of refrigerators and HVAC units in the parking lot. And a trailer full of old bedding, plus we had multiple cockroaches in our room (127)"

"The room was very clean and neat. The shower, bath and hot tub were excellent. Everything was working great. Even hot coffee available. Nice, quiet area. Very relaxing. "

"The office closed 12am on 1/1, opened at 8am closed agsin at 11am same day and never reopened. Wifi didnt work,no coffee or breakfast because there was no staff and office was closed. There was a number for emergencies only so couldnt get new towels. The outside stairs to the second level were metal and it was a snow storm and 17 degrees. They never salted or cleaned them almost fell twice. The area is gorgeous, the view was great just not a single available amenity"
