"Could use some attention in the rooms. Mattress was hard and lumpy. Ottoman, sheets & comforter needs replacing. I can't speak for every room just the one we were in. Everyone was super nice and it's a very clean everywhere else "

"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I still feel dirty as our first room smelled like animals pissed all over it, the air was off and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Then for night 2 we were moved to another room and while it didn’t smell the bathroom was disgusting like the toilet hadn’t been cleaned on the seat or exterior in a very long time. The floors were sticky. I paid more than I pay for a high end Marriott. The breakfast is also terrible, same gross food...

"Room was horrible. Water leaking from vanity mirror. Pillows were flat. People were hanging outside the rooms all night. Door didnt lock properly. Shower was dirty. We did not feel safe at all. We ended up only staying one night when we booked for two."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was clean, cozy, and felt very peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. I also liked that the kitchen had everything we needed, which made the stay more comfortable. The property had a relaxing atmosphere and was perfect for a little getaway. "Everything was great during our stay: our room was very clean and maintained each day. The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods that appealed to everyone. The staff was very attentive and took care of issues immediately when they noticed them instead of letting them go and waiting for a guest to complain - that is huge and becoming less common lately! This is our go-to hotel when we travel to this area - we will definitely come back next time!"
