"Staff was super kind however the hotel was being renovated and the elevator was not working.. had to go out to use the stairs to get to the 3rd floor. The stairway was a total mess and health hazard as carpet and brad nails were all over the place with carpet install equipment everywhere. Not safe for guests at all. The room was fine but maybe close off the areas that are being renovated and place guests in rooms away from the work being done."

"Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it.
The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself.
The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not work the television itself, we had to turn it on and off by the button on the device."

"When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. I will say that everything looked very clean. Almost looked like they were working to fix up. Paid more then I would have expected for what I got. "
