"We changed our course in the way home and chose this place to stay as the deal with rally great on Expedia. There were also many good reviews. We can see why. Joshua at the front desk was amazingly helpful and attentive! The room was clean and cool. It was a great choice to stop on the way back to Canada!"

"Well worth the money. I was especially surprised by the kickback add-on (dinner with drinks). I had the king suite, which included a soaking tub (why I spent the extra, really and just to have a bit of walking space). The king suite has a separate living area with a pullout sofa and another TV, so if you have a group, it’s the way to go. But if you are a rowdy lot, I would mind you the walls are thin, as I realized when I was about to go to sleep as I prefer dead silence unless I’m in the mood for a podcast. I was expecting one of those tiny bottles of lotion when I suddenly realized I didn’t have any, maybe they had some at the desk, but I’d say that was my only real complaint vs what I’m used to seeing at most hotels. I wish I had bothered to check out the pool and jacuzzi, but I plan to come back on my next staycation, so next time. I did like the dispensers in the shower. Convenient, and smelled good. Staff was very nice, definitely among the better I’ve encountered. Kudos to them. The food quality was just decent if I’m honest, but it got the job done. Enough variety that most palettes will find something to fill the belly, so that’s how they strike the balance. Lots of dining area. Everything was clean and well kept, I do with they had smart TVs, but I brought my fire stick, as travelers know to do. Problem solved. Just would be nice from a modernization standpoint."

"The staff could not be familiar at this location. They went above and beyond the rooms were clean, although they had some weird hair that really really needs to be addressed i.e. the humidity in the room due to old air conditioning units. Makes it tough to sleep if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. Looks like some mold around the fire head Sprinkler above the beds were just painted over definitely needs upgraded. All the rooms should be upgraded the beds. We did not like because even though we got two queen beds they were not queen. They were more of the full size which made for core sleeping as well. My son-in-law is 64 and had a hard time getting comfortable wow he could not sleep with my daughter in the same bed at night because of the beds being so small. This being said our overall experience was good, but would not pick the property again just due to the fact that it is dated and in desperate need of attention for updates. But the staff was amazing!"
