家族旅行で利用しました

家族旅行で利用しました。駅前で近くに安い駐車場もあったので、快適に過ごせました。 お風呂は予約制ではないので、何度も空いているかを確認に行きましたが、夜も朝も比較的スムーズに利用できました。 あえて改善していただけるなら、部屋のテレビが外国語設定になっていて、YouTubeも言語設定で日本語を選んでもそこから進めない仕様になっていたので、利用できたらなお良かったかなと思いました。

The room was fine for the price, but the problem was the no staff available for check in (or check out) and a stupid check in "application" that doesn't work properly. This needs to be sorted before this can be recommended to anyone.

ファミリーにお勧めの宿です。

チェックインは無人で不安でしたが、清掃の方が親切に対応してくれて安心しました。 部屋も広く、エアコン2台‼︎タオル、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ケトルがあったので、満足です。3階の露天風呂も24時間で自由に使えたので大満足‼︎由布岳も朝から絶景でした。ただ…排水口が出入り口付近にあるので水が溜まり出入りが不便だったのと、シャワーが冷水か熱湯…調節が難しく残念でした。駅前パーキングも沢山あるし、観光しやすい場所にあるので、また利用したいと思いました。

環境很好，就在由佈院JR站旁邊，三個人住，2晚住二樓三人房，第三晚住三樓，三樓有迷你廚房，冰箱，洗衣機和私人風呂，住很好，就是沒有電梯，女生拎行李箱上二樓或三樓有些困難。(三樓房間的照片)

유후인역 바로 앞입니다. 군입대 앞 둔 아이때문에 갑자기 잡은 여름여행.... 더워도 너무 더워서 힘든 4박 5일! 유일한 기쁨이었습니다. 너무 더워서 조금이라도 덜 걸으려고 검증 안된 호텔을 예약했는데... 대박~!!! 방이 커서 에어컨이 2개가 달려있더군요. 그 중 1개는 고장이었지만 덥지 않았어요. 옥상 온천도 깨끗하고 침구랑 전자레인지... 한국말하는 카운터... 모두 감사했습니다.
