Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. From my opinion I pay money more. Either I stayed only 1 night but I also need fairness not bias.

It was in a lovely spot in the hills surrounded by greenery with a good view of the town. The owner Ryo went out of his wasy to pick me up from the station when ai arrived late and dropped me off there early the next morning. It had a nice bath too

This hostel is very home-feeling, and you can chat with other people. The view is good. The dinner is delicious. Unfortunately the weather is bad when I had my trip. I would like to visit yufuin again and stay at this hostel next time. The only thing that need improvement is the mattress which is too soft and the hot spring seems not hot enough.
