"The property looks nice from the outside but it is not well maintained. Carpets in hallways and rooms are dirty and stained, walls in the hallways are dirty, counters in the bathrooms are worn out and grout in the showers is black (dirty).
On top of it hotel overcharges/steals from customers. I returned room cards and towel cards when I was checking out. However the hotel charged me $50 claiming I did not return them and refusing to issue a refund.
