"Location & Amenities: The location is fantastic with plenty of nearby food options, shopping, and entertainment, plus a short drive to the beach. The pool was clean and a great temperature, and the continental breakfast offered good options including waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, cereal, and drinks.
Parking & Staff: There is plenty of parking, including dedicated truck parking. The staff members we interacted with were very nice.
The Negatives:
Room Conditions: Our room had an unpleasant smell resembling bacteria on wet fabric, dirty socks, and urine. Additionally, the TV had a large discoloration mark on the right side of the screen.
Noise Issues: The guest in the room next to us had a dog that barked continuously for hours. I called the front desk at 9 PM after two hours of nonstop noise, and the gentleman assured me he would contact the owner. Unfortunately, the barking continued for another four hours straight, stopped briefly for an hour and a half at 3 AM after the owner yelled at it, and then started right back up at 4:30 AM. We checked out at 7:30 because the dog wouldn't shut up. I know other people complained, you can hear the dog barking down the hall. Irritated that the staff never did anything and we barely slept and have to drive 7 hours today."
