"The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was not prepared for the concrete floors in the hallways or the heavy metal doors into the room. The bathroom sink is in the bathroom - with 4 people in the room, it would have been nice to have sink out of the bath and toilet area. I thought we had a balcony but thankful to be on beach side. Recommendation - reserve your beach chairs/umbrella the day before you need them. Front row fills up fast and back row is way back away from water line. It is a nice place to stay - I am just used to little more upscale for the money."

"We stayed at this facility for the last 4-5 years. We bring my granddaughter each year after the school ends. The facility was great. My only complaint is that there were many visitors at the pool that were not hotel guest. At lease 10 spanish speaking children were in the pool the last day until around 6 PM. They were all around 14 - 17 years of age with no visible adult present. They all got into a Chev. Black Tahoe typy vehicle when leaving. I and my family tried to use the restroom several times but it was either locked or someone inside. If you have to request a key to get in their should be a note on the door. Grandaughter and spouse didn't feel confortable getting in pool . Sorry but may go somewhere else next year."
