A nice hotel located about 5mins away from the train station, great if you are using trains often. Even though it is located next to the railway track, I didn't notice any train noises. The breakfast was simple but nice, although it can get crowded at times.

Good value! Decent breakfast with good varieties, clean rooms, coin laundry, friendly staff, very fast check-in and check-out, 6 minutes walk from Shinkansen Starion, 2 minutes walk from Lawson (convenience store), close to pharmacy (day time) and plenty of restaurants nearby.. Again, very good value! Definitely I would come back.

The hotel has all basic facilities we need and the room is not too small. The breakfast is good. Good location a short walk to Okayama station but the down side is you can still hear the trains passing though not too loud

Okayama friendly hotel.

The hotel is very convenient for travelers who use the railways as their mode of transport. The rooms are well maintained and clean.The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK depending on what time you got there. On the whole I would recommend the Toyoko hotels.

Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from train station. Staff is okay. Not as polite as other Japanese hotels. Check in is very busy and long line up. Same as breakfast. Room size is good and very comfortable. Room is clean and quiet.

Very budget conscious hotel. Felt more like a hostel. Self serve check-in. Older property, but clean. Mattress very hard, yet I still slept well. Breakfast in the morning was pretty substantial. If on a budget, it's fine; pay an extra $30-40 per night and there is a huge difference in accommodations.

西口には2軒あり駅から離れた方でした。駅近くですが駅前ではなく、真夏や雨の日は荷物あると少し大変だと思います。 電車の音が聞こえる所でしたが静かでした。スタッフは感じ良く丁寧でした。 朝食は種類多いですが炭水化物中心なので…1階の朝食スペースは狭いので、コーヒー、野菜ジュースなどを部屋に持ち帰って頂きました。

駅から少し歩きますが、迷うことはないかと。スタッフの方の対応は丁寧です。 壁が薄いというか、廊下側の声がまあまあ聞こえるので、ちょっとマイナス。 朝食は無料なのに美味しいし、ご当地のものもあり満足度は高いですが、特に案内や人数の把握をするスタッフの方はいないので、しばらく席がなく料理を持ったままウロウロしました。 ただ、部屋へ持ち帰ってゆっくり食べられるように配慮してあったのは良かったかなぁ。 混雑状況が部屋から分かれば助かるんですけど、そこまで無料で求めるのは違うかなぁとも思います。

駅近。トレインビューの部屋が良い。 行き交う新幹線を眺めたり、サンライス瀬戸と出雲号の連結も見られる。 貨物車もたくさん通るので、鉄分多めの人におすすめ。 （トレインビュー申告をお忘れなく、裏側では見えない） コンパクトながら居心地の良い室内。冷蔵庫も冷え冷え。 使い捨てのスリッパ（有料・¥60?）とボディウォッシュタオルがあればよりよい。 大きい掛け時計がコチコチ… 自宅に置き時計や掛け時計がないので、秒針音が気になる。 無料でついてくる朝食は、並ばないとテーブルの空きがなくて、持ち帰りの部屋食となる。 ブッフェ形式なため、朝食にありつけるまで時間がかかる。 料理を置くテーブルがもっと大きければ、もう少し滞留も防げてならびも少なくなるのではと思った。 好みの問題だが、朝食なしでもっと安くてもいい。
