"Counter and breakfast staff extremely helpful and accommodating.
Only issue with evening staff was there was only one person and they seemed to be trying to do a lot of things which took them away from the counter. Had a number of people come to the counter looking for assistance. The counter person would usually show up after a short wait."

However, for that room, a door opener button would be very helpful, as the room doors are extremely heavy. If I was in a wheelchair, there's no way I would have had the leverage to open it up. Also, there weren't nearly enough handicap parking spots...

Apparently I believe he was sleeping in another area. English was horrible. He told me maintenance was not in. I told him I knew that and asked for a plunger.
