"Lovely and comfortable rooms. Super comfortable beds and love the roll-in shower feature. Since I am not safe getting in and out of a tub, this experience in the handicap room was top notch. The staff is very welcoming and friendly (except security staff- who we found to be rude, Insinuating and unprofessional when having any contact with at least two, in particular.
Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we will be back! And we highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will...

"It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut
We left, no refund was given. "

"Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium.
The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above.
